Look no further - this lovely unit has always been stored under cover by the original owners.

It is equipped with Dual AC units that keep the unit cool on the hottest days and a 30,000 BTU furnace that keeps it warm on the coldest nights! The unit is equipped with a tankless water heater, so you never have to worry about running out of hot water!

The layout is comfortable and sleek at the same time - the large L-shaped sofa / Dinette quickly converts into two additional sleeping locations - there is a second set of posts for the dining table to make the transition to a bed - and the sofa has a pull-out shelf for the additional cushions for that bed.

The galley is fully equipped with a 3-burner gas stove, a glass cooktop cover, a hood/vent overhead, and a microwave/convection oven below the stovetop. The stainless steel sink has covers that provide additional countertop space for food prep - when needed. There is lots of storage space with the airstream cabinet doors that lift up and out of the way!

The large refrigerator/freezer each with its own door - is across the hall from the large pantry cabinets.

A second wardrobe closet beyond the pantry also stores the extra cushions for the sofa and dinette areas. The bathroom (head) is across from the wardrobe closet - it has a round stainless steel sink with a makeup mirror mounted on a bracket that swings out when needed. There is plenty of storage space in the cabinets below. The shower is across the hall from the bathroom - and has a seat and plenty of light.

The master bedroom takes up the entire width of the unit at the rear - with the pedestal queen bed with storage space below the bed and the nightstands on either side with electrical and USB ports for charging your devices. The wrap-around windows provide lots of light and make the room feel much larger - the drapes provide privacy when desired. The airstream cabinets over the bed provide additional storage space - and the wall-mounted TV provides a great way to enjoy your favorite shows or catch a movie in the comfort of your own bed. The queen mattress was upgraded and is super comfortable, according to the sellers.

The exterior patio awning is a power awning that works great - the owners were not able to move the trailer on the day of photos - it was not able to be photographed - but they provided a photo from a recent campout that shows it opened. The window awnings on the opposite side are quick and easily opened by hand. The unit has several exterior storage compartments, as shown in the photos. All of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible.

Setup is quick and easy with the power tongue jack at the front of the unit and the electric stabilizer jacks that are controlled by the touch of the buttons just behind the entry doorway.

The unit comes with a Blue Ox weight distribution system, and the hitch for it will also come with the unit. The wireless backup camera makes backing up easy as well.
